The Swiss Tax Conference (German abbreviation: SSK) is composed of members of the cantonal as well as the federal tax administration (FTA). Among other things, the association pursues the goal of standardizing Swiss tax practice. In this context, it launched the electronic tax statement project in 2015 for a nationwide introduction of the standardized electronic tax statement. This simplifies the declaration of private assets for all natural persons whose tax domicile is Switzerland. The e-tax statement is based on the e-government standard eCH-0196: The standardized technical exchange format allows all taxpayers to import their e-tax statement into the respective declaration software without media discontinuity - the standard will be supported by all cantons as of tax year 2023.
The SSK has certified datalevel as technical service provider for the production of swiss e-tax statements. View a Data Refinery Box e-tax statement example:
We offer the swiss e-tax statement as fully managed service for you and your customers. To generate the reports, we integrate your financial data with data of the FTA and data of the European Central Bank (ECB).
You will receive e-tax statements that are ready for delivery to your clients. We take care of the yearly recertification with SSK and employ extensive quality checks.
Implementing and producing the Swiss E-Tax Statement in-house requires considerable IT investment and operational effort as well as yearly recertification. At datalevel, we offer the solution at a fraction of the cost and of a higher quality than is possible with comparable resources when implemented in-house. Because we produce the reports in high volumes for multiple partners, we can detect, analyze, and fix error constellations effectively.
Our DRB enables standardized quality control, bulk error analysis tools and reconciliation while also ensuring full traceability for any modification on the source data. Our years of experience in testing, production and certification leads to a smooth experience for all stakeholders.
Due to our generalized data model, our services are cross-compatible. Once our DRB is set up for one service, we can offer all services that are based on our data model without additional onboarding effort.
Whether Family Office, Investment Broker, Private Bank, Retail-Bank or Robo Advisor our price model is comprehensible and transparent. See a sample price structure below.
